3 Generations of Women Artists Perform

Threshold Artspace at Perth Concert Hall, Perth, Scotland
2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, 8th March 2018

Part of Perth and Kinross Women’s Festival

Join us on the very International Women’s Day for a dose of cross-generational feminism and performance art. Experience works by European women video pioneers from 1970s and 1980s on the big screen. See a rare performance talk by Elaine Shemilt as she responds to her own work Doppelgänger (1979-81). Hear from Laura Leuzzi as she focuses on the performance art legacy of women artists. Enjoy live, site-specific performances by Contemporary Art Practice students from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design led by artists Richard Layzell and Pernille Spence.
